Sally Doherty (Sallyd2)

Sally has extensive experience on executive leadership teams in which she has had to take a strategic role in all things people, leadership, strategy and culture. She is now the go-to person in the team when it comes to HR strategy & implementation, senior leadership development & planning, and facilitation sessions with teams to help define their purpose, strategy & culture. Sally spent six years in the NZ Air Force and most recently in large corporate organisations and start-ups in Asia, Nigeria and her home country of New Zealand.

In her spare time she is an animal welfare advocate and loves interior design.

Sally Duxfield (sallyd1)

With 16 years as an operational military officer, and more than 25 years in the experiential leadership world, Sally is our experiential facilitator based at the Arete Leadership Centre. She will create, design and deliver a retreat that will be guided by your company, team and leadership needs. Obsessed with the neuroscience of high performance, personalities and micro-behaviours, Sally will explore the ‘how and why’ we react or act under pressure. 

When she’s not out in the wilderness or speaking at corporate events, Sally loves to cook and host visitors and friends.

Bex Grace

Bex has a strong background in Organisation Development and Leadership. She loves to tackle challenges related to purpose, culture, leadership capability, employee engagement and talent development. Bex is also a mum two boys and is also owner and director of Three Hands NZ

John Duxfield

John is an ex-RNZAF pilot based at the Arete Leadership Centre. John has worked in leadership and strategy roles over the course of his career. He is our go to facilitator when it calls for discussion on strategy and vulnerability. John is very handy and is utilised in his spare time on resident trades person and trouble shooter at Arete.
